I was born & grew up close to where I live now near Ottawa, Canada, have traveled to nearly 40 countries, Islands and territories (Europe, Oz, NZ, Pacific Rim & Islands) & much of North America, living for 12 years in southern Europe.
Much of my life was spent in the corporate world, creating & running companies. I left that behind in 1999 & have spent an ever-increasing amount of my time researching, studying, writing & teaching what I have been discovering about Stress Reduction and Elimination, emotional health & personal development, as well as travelling a lot.

I present my research findings under an umbrella system called AER - Awareness Expression Resolution. Elements and concepts from more than 20 healing systems and philosophies, ranging from Vipassana Meditation to Mindfulness to EFT to The 4 Agreements to The Power of NOW, have contributed to the AER system. As my research continues, I find more and more ways to increase the effectiveness of the AER system and assist others with their Stress Reduction and Elimination.
My extensive experience in systems analysis is used exclusively in determining what helps people and what does not - I do not analyze others. In fact, with the AER system, the story behind one's pain or persistent issue is only the starting point on the road to effective healing. AER is designed to facilitate Stress Reduction and Elimination in the brain, the heart and the body.
I am primarily a researcher and apply this research to helping others. I conduct AER sessions in person and by phone and workshops with interested people as part of my sharing of what I have found. I am quite results-oriented and am pleased that so many are able to benefit from AER.
